Consideration of recommendations to the Cabinet from the Gypsy and Travellers Issues Panel of 3 April 2012. (Item GT 12/004 - Kent County Council Consultation on Gypsy and Traveller Allocation Policy.)
The Cabinet resolved that:
The recommendations of the Gypsy and Travellers Issues Panel be approved as follows:
1) a response to the consultation be compiled and submitted following consultation with the Cabinet Member for Housing; and
2) confirmation be given to the action taken by the officers, having regard to the views of the Gypsy and Travellers Issues Panel, in responding to the consultation by the deadline of 25 May 2012.
Reasons: As set out in the report submitted to the Gypsy and Travellers Issues Panel of 3 April 2012 (contains exempt information).
